Intro to Circus May/June 2018
In this 4-week course you will get to try your hand at circus skills: tightwire, juggling, stilts and aerials. Each week will include a warmup and strengthening exercises as well as an apparatus each week. learn the basics of aerial fabrics, All levels of fitness are welcome. Each move can be modified to meet every-BODY'S exercise level.
Join instructor Katlyn Gagnier on Thursdays, starting May 24 from 5:30-7 p.m. for our Intro to Circus class! Come experience the magic of circus with us in a fun, supportive, and SAFE workout environment!!
