Intro to Aerials --Nov./Dec. 2018
In this 4-week course you will learn the basics of aerial fabrics, trapeze, and lyra by doing basic moves, core strengthening, bodyweight exercises, and a variety stretching techniques to help prevent injury. Each move can be modified to meet every-BODY'S exercise level. The vocabulary you learn will grow with each class.
