We offer Lyra classes for both beginner and intermediate levels.
These sessions are open to all levels of students from beginners to advanced! Our trained instructors will guide beginners through fundamentals and challenge experienced aerialists with more complex moves.
Open Gym
These classes are open for current Lyra students to practice the skills they have been taught in class. This time can be used to work on choreography and sequencing routines together. An instructor is present during open gyms for safety and technical assistance but will not be teaching any new skills.
