This class is for new or returning aerialists who want to build strength while working on aerial equipment. An instructor leads students through various exercises on and off the apparatus to build the core and upper body strength needed for aerial arts.

Open Gym
Open gym time is available for current students to practice the skills they have been taught in class. This time can be used to work on choreography and sequencing routines together. An instructor is present during open gyms for safety and technical assistance but will not be teaching any new skills.
