In this 4-week course you will learn the basics of Aerial Silks trapeze, and lyra by doing basic climbs, core strengthening, body-weight exercises, and a variety stretching techniques to help prevent injury. Each move can be modified to meet every-BODY'S exercise level. The vocabulary you learn will grow with each class.
Join instructor, Jake Weinstein, Thursday evenings in January 9th thru January 30th at 8 PM for our Intro into Aerials class! Come fly with us in a fun, supportive, and SAFE workout environment!!
