This workshop will focus on creative ways to harness the friction of the vertical apparatus in various rolling, twisting and windmilling pathways. We will also explore beat sequences, beginner release moves, and momentum-based skills on the rope and fabric.
Pre-requisites: No rope experience required, but students should have some vertical apparatus experience and be comfortable climbing a fabric or rope and inverting in the air multiple times
